What is 99Keys ?

We are an all-in-one platform for finding and booking rental spaces, starting with short-let apartments. If you’d like to receive updates about new spaces, join our List.

Do I have to sign up to make a booking?

Yes, only registered users can book a space. You only have to register once.

What payment method do I require?

We accept both naira and dollar cards. Select a preferred currency at the top right corner to see rates. You may also pay with direct bank transfers in Nigeria.

How do I know if an apartment is available on a certain date?

Find the apartment you want on our website, Click on book now and select dates to see availability.

Which areas do you cover?

Because we just launched, we are currently in Lagos and Abuja. We will open for more locations before the end of the year. Join our waiting list here

What is your Cancellation policy ?

We expect at least a one week prior notice before a booking is cancelled .

Can I inspect an apartment before deciding on booking ?

All apartments listed on 99keys have been inspected and vetted by us. However, you can reach out to the host of the apartment you'd like to inspect.

Can we use the apartments for parties ?

Apartment use is subject to the preferences of the Host. For clarifications, please send an email to info@the99keys.com or call +234 (0) 812 2020 868

Are there any discounts for extended stay ?

We can’t guarantee any discounts, but you earn reward points on every booking. The longer your booking, the higher your rewards.

Do I have to pay a caution fee ?

This is dependent on the host’s terms. However, Any caution fee received will be refunded within 24 - 48 hours of checkout following confirmation of no extra charges.

Why can’t I find any other spaces apart from shortlets ?

Those are coming soon!

How do I list my property on 99Keys?

Click on ‘Become a Host’ and fill out the form. An agent will be in touch with you to verify your apartments. You only have to do this once

How long will it take for my apartment to get verified?

We typically verify spaces within 24 - 48 hours of registration.

Which areas do you cover?

We just launched our platform, we are currently in Lagos and Abuja. We will open for apartments/spaces in more locations before the end of the year. Join our waiting list here
