As a platform that helps people find and book apartments the easier and faster way, it is our responsibility to ensure that you as a host find it easier and faster to use our platform to serve your guests.

We have recently noticed that after booking apartments, guests find it hard to locate the apartments for check-in because the full address of the apartment was not added to the apartment listing by the host. 

This has made guests unhappy and suspicious over time and as a result, we have to address it urgently.

We kindly request that you update the full address of your 99Keys listing today to ensure guests can find your listing easily. 

Unfortunately, failure to update the full address of your listing will mean we have to de-list your apartment from our platform by January 31, 2023. 

We won’t like this as an option but we try to ensure the well-being and happiness of our guests so help us achieve this goal.

Please refer to the steps below to edit your listing address.

1.    Open your 99Keys Dashboard, click on Manage Spaces, find the apartment you want to update and click Edit

2.    Select 2. LOCATIONS

Under Location select the area your listing is located

In this example, Lekki

3.    Under Real Address type the street address of your listing. You should see your address pop up in a list like below, select your address from the list.

In this example, 8 The Providence Street, Lagos, Nigeria

The map latitude and longitude will automatically update as shown below

4. Add major surroundings and landmarks for your listing.
This helps people choose your listing faster.

5. Click Save

All in all, carrying out this update on your apartment will make it easier for guests to locate it after booking which ultimately give them a better overall experience of your service and will lead to future bookings on the platform
