If your apartment shows up on this link you may still want to go through the process below because we have made some updates that will allow you to increase your chances of getting party bookings
Here’s exactly what you should do
1. Login into your 99Keys dashboard via https://99keys.com/user/space/
2. Click Edit on the apartment you would like to receive party bookings on
3. Click on 4. ATTRIBUTES
4. Scroll down to Under ATTRIBUTE: THINGS TO KNOW select the following Parties Allowed, Get Together and any of Maximum of 30 Guests allowed, Maximum of 50 Guests allowed or Maximum of 15 Guests allowed based on the number of party guests your apartment can take.
5. Next click on 3. PRICING
6. Scroll to Extra Price and add Parties (XY people max) and the amount you will like to charge for parties.
Note: We recommend that you keep this extra fee less than 50% of the normal booking fee for your apartment
If you already have other Extra Prices listed, you don't have to delete those, just add one more for Parties (XY people max) and the amount you will like to charge for parties.

7. Click on Save Changes at the bottom of the screen

2. Scroll down to the FAQs section and add questions that lead to answers about what is allowed and not allowed for parties. Add as many as you see fit
